Penicuik – Salary in the region of £17 - £19K depending on experience
Fantastic opportunity to join this lovely small team based in Penicuik.
Our client is looking for a professional and knowledgeable Property Manager to come on board and ‘hit the ground running’.
You will share all aspects of property management/letting with another PM to ensure all clients and tenants are given a high level of customer service at all times.
Aware of current legislation is a must.
Ideally you will have strong communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone. Sales experience of growing a portfolio and taking on new landlords would prove beneficial
First class area knowledge and a positive work ethic are requirements.
IT skills are a must along with a full clean drivers licence.
(company pool car for office use is available)
