Branch Manager – Property Management/Residential Letting


Salary Guide: £24,500 to £27,500

Our client is a Proactive, Customer Focused Property Organisation who is looking to secure an extremely efficient Branch Manager to head up their Stirling Branch.

Ideally you will have a solid 5 years experience within Property Management and Letting and preferably ARLA qualified or equivalent.

Full Clean UK Driver’s Licence (Manual)

A competent and very ‘hands on’ Manager who is a natural at motivating a small team together with ensuring the professionalism, efficiency and running of the Branch will follow the company’s already positive values and successes.

Having a good working knowledge of the local market in Stirling will be extremely advantageous together with that vital skill-set of over-seeing all aspects of the current Portfolio. (We did say ‘hands on’ Manager)

The Role      

+ Predominantly first point of contact to the Landlord and Tenant

+ Responsible for managing the Stirling Team

+ Leading by example and ensuring high standards are set and followed

+ Responsible for day to day property management of portfolio

+ Provide a prompt, efficient and informative response to all enquiries

+ Ensuring positive client feedback and reputation continues to increase

+ Ensure high service levels are maintained at all times

+ Ensure contractor service levels continue to reach high expectations

+ Continually improving on performance levels across all Property Management areas.


Excellent Communication is vital in this role – from email to face to face interaction and telephone work.

Strong IT skills and experience using Property Management Software for example SME.

Taking ownership and responsibility of the portfolio and Branch whilst maintaining high levels of customer service.
