Salary Guide: £27,000 - £28,000 plus opportunity to earn significant bonus (OTE £32,000)

Our Client’s property managers are fully responsible for their own property portfolios from start to finish. This enables the PMs to forge great relationships with all clients and have the ability to earn significant bonus related to the maintenance and growth of the portfolio. You must have a full working knowledge of the current legislation, be proactive in your work ethic and thrive within a busy, fast paced environment.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a particular focus on customer service and helping to drive the business forward. The position will give the opportunity for the candidate to work with autonomy and manage their own portfolio of properties at the same time as being a member of a forward-thinking asset management team.
The Role
Arranging inventories and check-ins for incoming tenants
Arranging end of tenancy check outs and dilapidation reports
Dealing with deposit releases
Lease preparation
Dealing with any landlord and tenant queries.
Submitting insurance claims and deposit disputes for landlords and tenants
Arrange and carry out property inspections with tenants and reporting to Landlords with feedback
Carry out viewings for properties on the market
Serving the relevant notice on Short Assured tenancies and Private Residential Tenancies.
Processing rent warranty renewals
Managing rent arrears
HMO Licensing
Must have knowledge of letting referencing process
Must have knowledge of dealing with maintenance issues
Must hold either the Letwell qualification or ARLA Technical Award

Must have excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and time manage

High level customer service skills and experience
Positive attitude
Ability to keep calm under pressure.
Able to work independently and be a problem solver when required.
Professional appearance
Minimum of 2 years’ Property Manager experience
Must have full clean driving license.
Must have Letwell qualification or Arla technical award
