Letting Negotiator / Administrator
Salary Guide: £18,000 to £20,000
Our client, a busy Letting Agency is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work and be part of their proactive team.
The role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, proactive approach and (ideally) a good knowledge of the current Legislation; however training will be given.
You must have a good eye for detail, a friendly approachable personality with a can-do attitude and lots of energy and enthusiasm.
The role will be a mix of out and about and office based tasks.
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written (with good grammar)
. Desirable – you will have 1 to 2 years Letting/Property Mgt experience
- ‘can do’ attitude and take direction well.
- Can handle a fast paced working environment.
- Team player.
- IT proficient
- Full clean drivers licence (Manual)
- Excellent area knowledge
- First class Administration skills
- Excellent Time Management
To work within a small team, where customer satisfaction is paramount, you will be required to carry out a wide variety of tasks – admin based and out of the office duties.
These will include:
Viewings, property inspections, ‘move ins & outs’. Internally, the role is administrative based, covering the management of maintenance issues, call handling, greeting customers, data input and property management.
