Property Co-ordinator/Administrator – Residential Letting/Property Management

Edinburgh (City Centre)

Salary Guide: £18,000 to £20,000

Our client is an extremely professional Property Company who are keen to secure a ‘motivated, super organised Team Player’ with at least two years Office and Front of House experience.  (A full Clean UK Drivers Licence is required)

The role is varied and the successful person will be a ‘key’ member of the team; a friendly, professional attitude is a MUST together with a positive and efficient approach to all tasks involved.

The Role

Answer calls and redirect to relevant person

Arrange viewings

Diary management

Attend viewing appointments

Routine inspections (in conjunction with Property Manager)

Meet and greet clients

Key management

Filing

Mail

Printing landlord packs and checklists

Stationary and consumable replenishment

General administration and assistance to Property Managers and directors
