Property Manager / Factoring


Salary Guide: £26,000 to £30,000 plus Car


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a ‘young thriving company’ with massive potential to develop and grow with the business in a fun working environment.

You will be expected to manage all aspects of your own portfolio of properties. Working with experienced members of the team; managing all elements of maintenance and repair across a varied group of clients and developments.

The role is partially office based and partially field-based.

Ideally you will have 2-3 years’ experience within the industry. (Managed Developments / Factoring)

Full Clean UK Driver’s Licence is a Must….

First class Customer Service skills


The Role

  • Writing detailed email updates to clients
  • Undertaking site visits of developments and providing detailed reports
  • Meeting with contractors to obtain quotes for maintenance and repairs
  • Advising on reactive & proactive maintenance
  • Analysing contractor quotes
  • Reviewing contractor invoices
  • Inspection properties
  • Attending homeowner meetings and writing minutes
  • Assisting with managing owner’s quarterly accounts
  • Working as a team with colleagues and carrying out all other related property administrative tasks


Qualifications / Skill-set

  • Problem solving
  • 2/3 years Factoring experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (good grammar)
  • Ability to self-manage time effectively
  • Possess high levels of attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • A Proactive approach in all aspects of the job
  • Well spoken, smartly presented and takes pride in delivering excellent client service
  • Customer Service Focused
  • Clean driving licence – A MUST
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Team player
  • Positive work ethic
  • Efficient time management
  • Good energy
  • Strong Admin skills
