Property Marketing Support – Temp Role
Salary Guide: £19-£20K Pro-rata
(The role is temporary from May – end August 2021, but permanent opportunities are highly likely to be available to the right candidate)
This is a fantastic Opportunity for a ‘Creative’ Individual who has a great eye for detail, is no stranger to taking quality photographs and is confident managing your own time and work-schedule.
A background in property staging / marketing would be highly desirable.
You must be extremely organised and are used to thinking on your feet, working to deadlines…. Willing to turn your hand to whatever comes your way!
Great knowledge of Edinburgh and a Full Clean UK Driver’s Licence and use of your own car is essential. (mileage will be covered)
The Property Marketing Team are focused on securing tenancies for the properties which are on the market. They have their finger on the pulse when it comes to the market dynamics, and they take pride in ensuring all properties are rented quickly to good tenants. This team works in one of the busiest areas of the business, so speed and responsiveness are key, as is the ability to think on your feet and act quickly.
This role will primarily be focused on visiting properties across Edinburgh and the Lothians, supporting the Property Marketing Team by creating marketing material for the portfolio (descriptions, photos, 360 tours and floorplans). Your job is to make sure all properties are presented brilliantly so they stand out in the market and attract fantastic tenants, so your attention to detail is important as you’ll need to do a bit of staging and have an understanding about how to show properties in their best light.
Photography/videography experience is not essential, as our client’s fantastic Giraffe360 cameras do the hard part! You’ll also be expected to support the Property Marketing Team with other mobile work from time to time (this may include delivering items to properties, having keys cut etc. etc.
