Salary Guide: £18 to £21K (Our client will consider more for the right person)

Extremely exciting opportunity to join a busy property company based in Edinburgh.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, bright, confident individual who is keen to learn on the job and develop their career in the Residential Letting Industry.

The right candidate will be someone who is a team player with positive energy, well organised and is able to deliver a first-class service to clients.

The role will be varied and there will be time spent in and out of the office.

Full training will be given…..

 

Requirements / Skills

Full clean UK drivers’ licence

Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and good general computer skills

Experience of dealing with clients on the phone and by email (preferred)

Excellent customer service

Good organisational skills and a high attention to detail

Enjoys being part of a team

Positive work ethic and takes direction well

A genuine interest in the Property Industry

The candidate must be happy to go through their ARLA Propertymark qualification

 

Role

Arranging and carrying out viewings

New tenancy management – managing all aspects of the new tenancy up until the lease start date. Includes lease documents, drawing up inventories, lodging deposits, updating utilities etc.

General office administration tasks

Preparing properties to market, updating internal system, window boards, whiteboard in office etc

Assisting PMs on an ad-hoc basis
