Residential Letting – Internal Property Manager/Negotiator


Salary Guide: £22,000 depending on level of industry experience

Our client is keen to secure a ‘switched on’ individual who has excellent organisational skills, Property Experience, strong Admin skills, clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal.

The role is super varied and will encompass responsibilities of a Letting Negotiator and Property Manager.


The Role 

– Responding to initial enquiries through various letting portals
– Taking phone and email enquiries and booking viewings
– Processing applications for new tenancies
– Carrying out the appropriate vetting procedure for potential clients
– Negotiating lets on new and existing properties with potential tenants on behalf of property owners
– Marketing all properties on line updating online property boards
– Organising marketing pictures for brand new opportunities
– Dealing with check-ins including keys, inventories and landlords
– Organising for a Field Agent to be on site on moving dates
– Giving landlords regular property updates
– Organising pre-market inspections and in-house property inspections

– Discussing any refurbishment requirements with the property owner

– Providing a point of contact in relation to any maintenance issues

– Costing / negotiating with relevant suppliers

– Monthly / annual gas safety checks

– Electrical system /appliance safety checks

– Liaising with council regarding council tax

– Dealing with factor queries

– Managing key registers
