Residential Letting / Maternity Cover Role

Salary Guide: £20,000 to £23,000 pro-rata

9-12 months with possibility of a permanent position

Our client is keen to secure a dedicated Team Player to join their small and friendly office to cover all aspects of office administration together with answering calls, booking appointments and taking ownership of tasks in a professional manner.

Ideally you will have customer service focused office experience, excellent IT skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude, be friendly, enthusiastic and have a positive work ethic!

This is a busy role so having good energy and a genuine interest in property is a must!

Must Haves

Clear communicator both written and verbal

Full Clean UK Driver’s Licence

Excellent IT Skills

‘Can do’ attitude and take direction well

The Role

Answering calls

Diary management/booking appointments

Conversing with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors

Carrying out viewings

Referencing tenants

Creating leases

Preparing inventory paperwork

“One-off” admin tasks to assist the team

Marketing properties, editing the material and launching on websites

Key management

 

Job Type:

Maternity Cover with possibility of a permanent position

Holidays:

28 days, pro rata

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and 4pm on a Friday

Experience:

  • Office Admin: 1 year (required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
