Residential Letting Negotiator


Salary Guide: £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

Our client is looking for a natural ‘people person’ who ideally has approx. 2 years’ experience of working within the Residential Letting Sector.

You must be an excellent communicator with a flair for building relationships.

You are extremely well organised and ‘thrive’ on being part of a busy team; you manage your time effectively and efficiently.

ARLA Propertymark, CIH Letwell qualification (SCQF level 6 or above) or equivalent is desirable or working towards.

Full clean UK Driver’s Licence


The Role – ‘To Manage the Letting Negotiation process from beginning to end providing a fantastic client experience’

– Responding to initial enquiries through various letting portals
– Taking phone and email enquiries and booking viewings
– Processing applications for new tenancies
– Carrying out the appropriate vetting procedure for potential clients
– Negotiating lets on new and existing properties with potential tenants on behalf of property owners
– Marketing all properties online updating online property boards
– Organising marketing pictures for brand new opportunities
– Dealing with check-ins including keys, inventories and landlords
– Organising for a Field Agent to be on site on moving dates
– Giving landlords regular property updates
– Organising pre-market inspections and in-house property inspections. Discussing any refurbishment requirements with the property owner

Strong communicator – both verbally and written (excellent grammar)

Excellent Admin and organisational skills


Proficient IT Skills

Ideally two years Industry Experience

First Class Customer Service

Good Time Management

Patience and resilience

Full clean UK Driver’s Licence
