Team Assistant / Co-ordinator – Residential Property
Edinburgh (City Centre)
Salary Guide: £19,000 to £21,000
We’re looking for a ‘super’ efficient, proactive, experienced Team Assistant/Co-ordinator to join this well-established Property Company.
You will ideally have 2 plus years’ experience working in an Administrator/Coordinator role and thrive when working in a fast paced and high pressure environment. You will ideally have experience of working within ‘Property’ and have first class attention to detail.
(Being extremely well organised is a MUST for this post as the role itself is very varied)
As well as supporting the Team / Colleagues; you will create and amend PowerPoint presentations including pitches and brochures, ensure all filing is carried out, deal with clients visiting the office.
Issue keys to contractors.
Take detailed notes re: all telephone conversations to ensure they are actioned or passed onto the appropriate colleague.
Take notes at quarterly client meetings, complete mail merges, send out news-letters, print and collate invoices, up-date systems. Diary Management.
Produce property lists / update advertising sites.
You’ll have previous office administration / reception experience within a Property environment, along with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook experience.
It’s important you provide an effective support service as you’ll be screening calls, booking appointments and speaking to clients.
The successful candidate will play a vital part in the smooth running of this professional company.
