Trainee Property Manager
Salary Guide: £21,000 to £25,000
Our Client is looking for a ‘switched on’, customer focused Trainee PM to join their busy Team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills with a high level of Customer Service.
Good administration and a Full UK Driving licence is a must together with strong IT Skills.
You may currently be working within Property and are ready to take that next step in your career; similarly, you could be working in Hospitality or high-end retail and are looking for a new challenge?
As trainee property manager you will provide support to property managers and ensure all landlords and tenants experience a professional service.
Responsible to other property managers along with the maintenance team ensuring all electronic platforms are up-to-date to ensure smooth communication procedures in the office.
Day to Day Tasks
Prioritise and delegate emails as appropriate.
Reception duties – dealing with any potential new business
Answering all incoming calls in a polite and courteous manner, announcing calls and transferring to appropriate person.
Ensuring window display is updated.
Report diary action to weekly letting meeting.
Ensure Key log is up-to-date – chase weekly for outstanding keys
Update SME (Property Mgt software)
New Business – identify opportunities and liaise with sales team.
Attend weekly update meetings highlighting any concerns or new business opportunities.
Progressing to Property Manager role when training completed.
Our Client will put the successful candidate through Letwell & ARLA training.
