Salary Guide: £26,000 to £30,000 depending on level of experience & property qualifications

Ideally, you will have a strong working knowledge of the current legislation and enjoy all aspects of looking after a portfolio of properties; however, you are keen to experience even more variety.
Ideally, you will be LetWell (or equivalent) qualified or working towards / or keen to get started!
Approx. 2 years’ Property Management / Letting experience, preferably in Edinburgh
Full Clean UK Driver’s Licence
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (good grammar)
A genuine passion and interest in property and people
An eye for detail
Happy to always go that extra mile for your landlords & tenants
Excellent IT Skills – Word / Excel / Property Mgt software
Work well independently or part of a team
Professional & enthusiastic attitude
Natural ‘flair’ for communication
High standard of customer care
First class knowledge of Edinburgh and surrounding areas
Dealing with a quality property portfolio our client is looking for the perfect mix of professionalism together with a genuine passion in dealing with Edinburgh’s thriving property market.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your existing property management skills and take them to the next level. You must be well organised, articulate, have excellent administration skills with the ability to work well within a team and on your own. Strength of character is vital as there is a high percentage of decision making involved.
You must feel confident and extremely comfortable dealing with the corporate market.
We will ONLY consider candidates who are currently working within the Residential Market – you may be currently assisting Property Managers and feel confident to step into a PM role for example.
