Salary Guide: £25K depending on level of experience (use of pool car)

The successful candidate must have experience in residential letting/property management, preferably a similar role and hold a clean, full UK driving licence

 

Our Client is looking for a ‘Team Player’ with the following attributes:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Possess a high level of attention to detail
ARLA Property mark qualification (or similar) or happy to work towards

The Role

– Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to ensure any repairs are carried out in a timely fashion and to a high standard

– Check in / Check Out of Tenants, ensuring deposits are logged correctly with the relevant deposit scheme

– Carrying out Routine property visits

– Carrying out annual rent reviews and implementing them

– Preparing inventories for check ins

– Ensuring Properties are marketed correctly and void periods are reduced or avoided

– Ensuring that each property has the relevant safety certification and are fully up to date and compliant

– Ensure smooth running of company process & procedures

Day to day management of your own dedicated portfolio

– Respond quickly and efficiently to client enquiries, via telephone or email

– Updating the software system (SME) on a daily basis to monitor and maintain property records

– Work within the guidelines of governing body CLA (Council of Letting Agents) with the Letting Agent Code of Practice (COP) and General Date Protection Regulations (GDPR)
