Business Development Manager
Edinburgh
Salary in the region of £26 – £27,000
Our Client is a passionate, innovative and fast-growing software company that is looking to continue to grow its team of experts in the property industry.
They are looking for an experienced property manager to help expand their strong market share in the Scottish Residential Letting industry. The role will involve demonstrating the property software to potential clients and working with them to understand how the software can improve their business.
You should have excellent IT skills, have used property software packages and be familiar with letting agency processes. You will need to be able to problem solve with potential clients in order to find solutions to their way of working.
Residential Letting Manager (Maternity Cover)
Edinburgh (City Centre)
Salary range: £27 to £28,000

Residential Letting Co-ordinator / Edinburgh

Salary in the region of £18 – £19,000

This will be a high energy role which would suit an enthusiastic and confident individual who enjoys variety in their day to day tasks.
The ideal candidate should have one year’s proven experience in a client facing role ideally though not necessarily within the property industry. Those who can demonstrate a sound knowledge of the city and previous exposure to Residential Letting will be preferred.
