“I came to Michelle at jobs in letting in April 2015 with no experience in property management. Michelle was able to offer me an interview with a well established property management and residential letting company in Edinburgh within a very short period after contacting her.

I successfully took a temporary position carrying out property inspections amongst other duties for a period of one month. During the course of the temporary position I was interviewed and offered a full time contract as a permanent property manager with a portfolio of approximately 180 properties (liaising with Michelle throughout the process).

I have been working with the firm for 14 months now and feel I have “found my feet” within the world of lettings and property management. I have attended numerous training courses hosted by the Landlord Accreditation Scotland (LAS) which has expanded my knowledge and has assisted me in providing a quality service to our client base.

I am currently working towards achieving the level 2 award for Introduction to Residential Property Management with the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) with a view in completing the course by August 2016.

I cannot thank Michelle enough for the stepping stone and introduction she provided in helping me obtain a career in Residential lettings.”
