JiL Turns 10!
It’s hard to believe but JobsInLetting (JiL) has been trading for ten years now. Where did the time go?!
After an initial few months of research and with the support of sister company Citylets we decided to go live with our new specialist Property Recruitment service back in April 2007.
With 100s of successful candidate placements under our belt and many more contacts, clients and candidate relationships built we are truly delighted to hold our market leading position and to be celebrating our 10 years in business.
JiL started from scratch – deciding on a name, establishing core values, putting a new website together and then getting ourselves ‘out there’ as they say to meet potential clients and candidates.
We wanted to offer a truly unique and quality service whereby clients and candidates alike felt confident their list of requirements were being met and the right match was always at the heart of what we do. JiL holds the longevity of our placements above volume and we have never operated on a commission basis.
Flexibility is also paramount. We offer both ‘temp to perm’ and ‘try before you buy’ services to help ensure that permanent positions are filled whereby both parties are confident of the right fit.
We have enjoyed the challenges of establishing the brand and equally watching some of our ‘entry level’ candidates grow and develop within this diverse and fast paced industry… many now hold senior positions within property firms.
We are always looking to evolve and diversify and I look forward to working with you over the coming months and years.
